It's a fair exchange — you get premium AI strategy work at a lower price point, and I get the proof that builds my practice. These rates are temporary and will increase as capacity fills. You'll receive a pre-session intake questionnaire 48 hours in advance. We meet for a 90-minute AI strategy session (recorded for your team). Within 5 business days, you get a written Diagnostic Brief, an AI Opportunity Snapshot, a Priority Action Matrix, and a custom next-steps roadmap — whether or not we work together again.

No. The diagnostic is designed to deliver standalone value. If ongoing support makes sense, we can talk about it — zero obligation and zero pressure.

Advisory ($1,000/mo) is for founders who want an AI strategist on call — one monthly call, async access, tool and vendor gut-checks, and a written brief. No minimum commitment. Consulting ($2,500/mo) is a deeper engagement — bi-weekly calls, operational deep-dives, a full AI Readiness Scorecard, a phased adoption roadmap, vendor evaluation, and 15 hours per month of dedicated time. Most clients start with Advisory and upgrade when they need more hands-on support.

Consulting gives you the strategy, roadmap, and evaluation work — it tells you what to do and helps you plan it. Transformation ($5,000/mo) goes further into hands-on implementation support, governance frameworks, team training, and ongoing ROI tracking. Choose Consulting if you need a plan. Choose Transformation if you need a partner who stays with you through execution.

AI strategy done right is business strategy. I don't evaluate AI tools in a vacuum — I start with your business goals, operations, and financials, then figure out where AI creates real value. If the answer is "you don't need AI here, you need a better process," I'll tell you that too. The lens is always AI, but the thinking is always business-first.

The Diagnostic and Advisory tiers are advisory — I'll tell you what to do and help you plan it. AI Strategy Consulting includes hands-on evaluation and roadmap building. AI Transformation Partner includes direct implementation support, governance, and team training. If you need someone in the trenches with you during rollout, that's the Transformation tier.

For engagements with clearly measurable financial outcomes, I offer a hybrid model: a reduced base retainer (50–60% of the standard rate) plus a performance fee tied to documented results. We agree on metrics and baseline upfront. It requires a 6-month minimum because meaningful results take time.

Retainer engagements start with a 3-month commitment. If you're unsatisfied with the quality of my work, you can cancel and receive a full refund for any remaining months beyond time already worked. I'd rather earn your trust every month than hold you to a contract you're unhappy with.
